The daily battle for customers has intensified exponentially in the digital era. In addition to traditional media and information resources, customers now have a multitude of new-media outlets at their disposal, including websites, social media and mobile devices.
It's easy for a message to get lost in the digital clutter. A strong brand with clear visual and verbal unification is more important than ever, and it must be developed for delivery by every available outlet, new and old.
